We provide a platform to learn all aspects of the CloudNine location, style, build and available options. RKR bases every lease on the unique needs and attributes of our clientele. The tour provides you the opportunity to collaborate on your future Cloudnine hangar.
When is ground breaking?
Currently ground breaking is anticipated for 2nd quarter of 2023.
How long will construction take?
Construction is scheduled for a twelve month time period.
How long is the master lease term?
The Ventura County board of supervisors approved a 50 year lease to begin at the time of ground breaking giving you the most available lease/purchase options.
